It is learnt that 50 Honorary titles including 13 Honorary Sithu titles were conferred. Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Thadoe Maha Thray Sithu Thadoe Thiri Thudhamma Min Aung Hlaing delivered a speech and conferred honorary titles for 2025 at the ceremony held at Thabin Hall of the SAC Chairman Office in Nay Pyi Taw on March 16, morning.
Speaking on the occasion, Chairman of SAC Prime Minister unveiled that the strength of all ethnic nationals born in the Union is the key to building a stable, peaceful, modern and developed country in all aspects and the cooperation of all is important. Together with the leadership of the government, the participation of each individual with the spirit, knowledge, physical and intellectual strength and cooperation can only achieve success. The Chairman of SAC Prime Minister said that the State Administration Council confers honorary titles on individuals not only at home but also abroad who have wholeheartedly and diligently contributed to Myanimal’s interest, strengthening international friendship and relations.
At the ceremony conferring honorary titles, 13 Sithu titles, 3 Thura titles, 17 Zeya Kyaw Htin titles, 14 Wun na Kyaw Htin titles, 1 Alinka Kyaw Swa title and 2 Theikpa Kyaw Swa titles, a total of 50 individuals were awarded their respective honorary titles according to the notifications issued on January 4 (Independence Day) and March 2 (Peasants’ Day) 2025.
