Union Election Commission Chairman U Ko Ko met with Thailand’s Ambassador to Myanmar H.E.Mr. Mongkol Visitstump and discussed in which Thailand will be able to assist in holding the election.
The meeting was held on August 6 at the reception hall of the Union Election Commission office in Nay Pyi Taw.
In the discussion, Thailand ambassador discussed the condition that Thailand will be able to assist in holding the election and the cooperation for the development of the two countries and the conditions for continued cooperation.
The chairman of the Union Election Commission said that working to hold the election successfully, the right to establish political parties, verification of registration rights, complete and correct voting lists, the preparations for the election and the preparations for the election with the Myanmar electronic voting machine.
