Holding an election is the government’s never-changing objective, said Acting President (Responsible) Commander-in-Chief Senior General Min Aung Hlaing.
Senior General Min Aung Hlaing said this at the National Defense and Security Council meeting held on July 31.
Senior General Min Aung Hlaing said preparations are already underway to hold an election.
On June 15, He also said that preparations are being made to hold the election in 2025.
