SAC President, Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing said that needs to be correct in conducting border trade.
Senior General Min Aung Hlaing said this at the Union Cabinet meeting on July 29.
Last three months of April, May and June, trade was carried out from the sea as well as from the border area and there were positive signs, but it was also known that there was illegal trade from the border area, he said.
He also warned that illegal trade is affecting the country’s economy and still need to pay attention to trade.
There is a need to take strict measures to ensure that there are no actions that will hinder border trade, according to his speech.
