Most of the locals in Shan State (northern), Kyaukme leaving home due to the recent situations, an official of the Kyaukme Namgoon Shans Charitable Association said.
In Kyaukme, there has been fighting since the last three days and it’s still going on June 28, he said.
On June 27, 23 local bodies were collected during the battle that took place in Kyaukme town, and another 6 local bodies had been collected on June 28.
He also said that most of the locals living in Kyaukme have left and so there is almost no traffic in the town.
