Kamaryut District Court has decided to sell the house yard No. 54 on University Avenue for 300 billion kyats on August 15 for the second time, according to U Aung San Oo’s Lawyer.
At the trial on June 27, the Kamarut District Court issued an order setting the floor price for the second auction.
U Aung San Oo’s lawyer said that the auction will be held on the 15th of August by the court bailiff and will be held around house yard No. 54.
Dinnaing applied to fix the auction floor price at 285 billion kyats but the court set the auction floor price at 300 billion kyats based on the benefit of both the plaintiffs and the court, the lawyer said.
House Yard No. 54 was auctioned for the first time on March 20 for 3 million 150 thousand kyats (315 billion kyats), but there were no buyers.
