Families of SkyNet and the SHWE BANK of Shwe Thanlwin Holding Company Limited cooked and donated chicken biriyani to the flood-affected people of Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory on September 17.
In the morning on September 17, a total of 1550 chicken biriyani boxes were donated to the flood-affected people at the Kintha flood relief camp and the flood relief camps opened at No. 109 Light Infantry Battalion and No.1 Defence Industry Factory and No. 4 Defence Industry Factory in Tatkon Township and 450 chicken pilaf boxes to the flood-affected people at the flood relief camps in Kyaukchet village, Zeyathiri Township, those in Gadoeseik and Kyotan villages in Pyinmana Township, and those at schools in Thanmaye and Kunchan villages, Lewe Township.
Furthermore, 700 chicken biriyani boxes were donated to the Sanghas at monasteries that need food in Nay Pyi Taw Union, 345 for the flood-affected people of Wetkon Village, 225 in Ayemyint Thayar Village and 350 in Kyanphosu Village in Pobbathiri Township and 880 for the flood-affected people fin Kinmoontang Village and nearby villages in Pyinmana Township.
As a donation, chicken biriyani were cooked for 4,500 boxes and donated in the morning on the same day, and 5,500 boxes in the evening. Such donations for the flood-affected people in Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory have been made since September 15, and 10,000 rice boxes are donated daily.
