A car and motorcycle collided on the Yangon-Mandalay Expressway on the morning of April 22, killing two women, according to the Pyitharyar Youth Social Assistance Association of Meiktila, which went to the scene to provide relief and rescue services.
The incident occurred around 9 a.m. on April 22 near Milepost of No. 288 Mile 2 Furlong, on the Yangon-Mandalay Expressway. A 9-year-old girl and a 20-year-old woman died at the scene, according to the Pyitharyar Youth Social Assistance Association. The bodies of the deceased were taken to the Meiktila Township General Hospital mortuary by the Pyitharyar Youth Social Assistance Association.
