It will also continuously provide the public with water, electricity, food, and medicines.
In addition, a center will be opened to provide free medical treatment to around 700 patients per day. It will have a minor surgery room, two mental health treatment rooms, four specialist clinics, and seven general treatment rooms.
The center will also include two free dining halls that can accommodate around 140 people at a time, public bathrooms that can accommodate 24 people at a time, restrooms, and temporary gas stoves.
