On March 28, at 12:51:02 PM Myanmar Standard Time, a powerful earthquake measuring 7.7 on the Richter scale struck, followed by the total number of 67 aftershocks up to April 3 afternoon.
The earthquakes struck 13 times on March 28, 11 on March 29, 10 on March 30, 13 on March 31, 7 on April 1, 8 on April 2, and 5 on April 3 afternoon.
In addition, the powerful earthquake that occurred on March 28 has resulted in a total of 3085 deaths in the earthquake-affected areas nationwide as of 8:00 AM on April 3. Furthermore, a total of 4,715 people were injured and 341 were missing, according to a report by SAC Information Team.
