The Songshan Shaolin monks who arrived in Yangon visited The Shwedagon Pagoda at night on January 23.
The Shaolin monks went up from the north gate of the Shwedagon Pagoda. First they went to Aungmyay to pay homage to the pagoda. After that, they went around the Shwedagon Pagoda in a clockwise direction and paid homage to the Buddha Images at Tazaungs on the four sides of the pagoda platform.
