Myanmar police force announced that narcotic drugs worth more than Ks.940 million were seized in Thazi township, Mandalay Region.
Acting on a tip-off, when a hi-Jet car driven by a man was searched on a forest lane to Kywetudsone village, Thazi township, Mandalay Region and over Ks. 940 million worth stimulant drugs including happy water, ketamine,stimulant tablets and opium extract.
According to the investigation, the two men who ordered them to carry the drugs were also arrested together with a motorcycle near the junction of Baya Ngasu road, Thazi township . Action has been taken against the arrested men under the Narcotics Drug and Psychotropic Substance Law and ongoing investigation is underway to apprehend others involved in the case.
