Myanmar will connect with the international community to be able to produce artificial intelligence (AI) experts, Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw said at the fourth working coordination meeting on drafting the National AI Strategy and National AI Policy (Draft) held on February 18.
With AI technology rapidly developing in the economic and social organizations around the world, the country must also use AI effectively in the country’s development sectors. In addition, it will be necessary to comprehensively educate the citizens to follow the AI related ethics, standards and regulations through working together with AI experts and professionals, the union minister said.
