The State Administration council (SAC) Chairman Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing highlighted that due to the situations facing in the country, the term has been extended by another 6 months and it is necessary to focus on achieving peace and stability during the extended 6 months.
The message was given to region and state chief ministers at the ceremony providing financial aid to the temporarily displaced persons.
He also instructed that the region and state chief ministers must strive to ensure regional peace and stability and socio-economic development in the areas under their responsibility. Senior General Min Aung Hlaing said that the main task in terms of security is for the police forces and they must be competent and reliable persons for public and that region and state chief ministers should provide necessary support to them.
