If the information about corruption and illegal wealth, there is the right to investigate, said U Sit Aye, Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Commission of Myanmar.
U Sit Aye, Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Commission of Myanmar, said this when he and Dr. Tin Tun Oo, Chairman of Myanmar Press Council, met in Nay Pyi Taw on February 11.

It was explained that corruption can be informed to the commission with full evidence, and the commission has the authority to confiscate money and property illegally acquired through corruption. U Sit Aye also urged that the commission and the Press Council must continue to cooperate in combating corruption.
