The Myanmar delegation led by Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, who is on a state visit to Russia, laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, a landmark in Moscow, at 9 am local time on March 4.
The wreath-laying ceremony was attended by Chairman of SAC Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, Joint Secretary of SAC Military Advisor to the Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services General Ye Win Oo, Member of SAC Military Advisor to the Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services General Nyo Saw, National Security Advisor to the Chairman of SAC Admiral Moe Aung, Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe and union ministers, senior military officers of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services, deputy ministers, military and civilian officials who are also on the state visit.
The year of 2025 marks the 77th anniversary of Russia-Myanmar diplomatic relations, and bilateral relations, exchange of state-level visits and cooperation in all sectors have made progress and will continue to be promoted.
