Since the multi-party democratic general election will be held by the end of this year, it is necessary for regional and state chief ministers to make necessary preparations for the success of the election and to fully prepare election-related statistics in respective regions and states, he said.
As security and stability are key to be able to successfully hold a free and fair election, it is necessary to take measures for ensuring peace and stability in all places where elections can be held. In addition, preparations need to be made in advance to ensure that power is transferred to the winning party systematically when the election has been held, he said.
