The 10th anniversary of the signing of the Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA) will be celebrated on a grand scale, said Secretary of the National Unity and Peacemaking Coordinating Committee (NSPNC) Lt. Gen. Min Naing.
He made the remarks at the Peace Talk 2025 held at the National Unity and Peacemaking Center in Nay Pyi Taw on March 24. He also said that necessary steps had been taken to ensure a grand-scale celebration of the NCA’s 10th anniversary. The Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA) was signed by eight ethnic armed groups on October 15, 2015, and two additional were signed on February 13, 2018.
