Chairman of State Administration Council(SAC) Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing will pay an official goodwill visit to Russia in the coming days at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the SAC Information Team announced.
During the visit, he will hold talks with Russian government officials including the Russian President Mr. Putin , Russian Prime Minister and the Speaker of the Russian State Duma . He also will discuss matters related to promote friendship, economy, security and strategic cooperation in all sectors between the two governments and people.
In addition, it is expected to sign Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) on cooperation between the two governments in the visit. The members of the SAC, government ministers and senior officials will accompany in the goodwill visit . The State Administration Council(SAC) Chairman Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing had also visited Russia in September 2022 and met with Russian President Putin and government ministers.
