A high-level delegation led by Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing who is on a goodwill visit to Russia, arrived at No. 2 Vnukovo International Airport, Moscow, Russian Federation, on May 7, at about 4:00 p.m. local time.
The high-level delegation led by SAC Chairman was welcomed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr Andrey Rudenko and officials of the Russian Federation, Myanmar Ambassador to the Russian Federation U Thit Linn Ohn and received a guard of honor from the Russian State Guard.
On the goodwill visit, SAC Chairman Prime Minister and his wife were accompanied by Council Joint Secretary General Ye Win Oo, Council members Dr. Ba Shwe and Khun San Lwin, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Defence General Maung Maung Aye, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe, Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General Kyaw Swa Lin, deputy ministers and military and civilian officials.

During the goodwill visit, SAC Chairman Prime Minister will attend the military parade and related ceremonies to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, which will be held on May 9 at Red Square in Moscow, and will also hold separate meetings with the heads of state attending to the ceremonies.
