The Kamayut District Court has decided to hold the fourth auction of Compound No. 54 on University Avenue, Bahan Township, Yangon, for Ks. 270 billion on April 29, U Aung San Oo’s lawyer told One News.
U Aung San Oo’s team submitted a petition to auction Compound No. 54, reducing the floor price from Ks. 297 billion to Ks. 270 billion in the third auction, but Daw Aung San Suu Kyi’s team did not submit a specific auction price. A report will be submitted to the court on April 30, according to U Aung San Oo’s lawyer.

Compound No. 54 was auctioned for the first time on March 20, 2024, for Ks. 315 billion, the second time on August 15, 2024, for Ks. 300 billion, and the third time on February 5, 2025, for Ks. 297 billion. But so far, there has been no bidder yet.
