Yangon’s Kamayut district court ruled that property at No. 54, University Avenue in Bahan Township, Yangon would be auctioned for the third time with Ks.297 billion, the lawyer of U Aung San Oo told One News.
Property at No. 54, University Avenue has been auctioned with Ks. 300 billion at the second auction and U Aung San proposed to auction Ks. 290 billion but the court ruled to auction with Ks.297 billion on December 18. The auction will take plce at No. 54, University Avenue on February 5 and the report will be submitted on December 6, said the lawyer of U Aung San Oo.
Property at No. 54, University Avenue was auctioned on March 20 with Ks. 315 billion failing to receive a single bid and auctioned second time again on August 15 without any buyer . It is leant that the property includes a 1.923 acre plot of land with the land title in the name of late Daw Khin Kyi, wife of national independence leader General Aung San.
