The phase (3) of Pan Khin Project will be extended to October 31, 2025 and provide immigration woks for more than 400,000 people, according to of Ministry of Immigration and Population. The Pan Khin Project has implemented to issue household lists and national identification cards and issued totally over 91,00,000 cards, including national identification cards, associated citizen cards and naturalized citizenship cards, up to the current phase (3) of the project.
The population and household census was collected from October 1 to 15, 2024 across the country, the preliminary population census has been officially released on December 31,and preparations were also underway to release main report of census and the reports of Nay Pyi Taw, regions and states.
The Pan Khin Project phase (3) have been carrying out the activities such as issuing national identification cards, collecting exact and correct lists of voters, collecting census across the country, collecting exact and correct lists of voters and employ services for the people using e-ID system and controlling immigration and foreigners.
