The state has taken measures to produce human resources of technicians and intellectuals as the country needs many experts, said the Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing said. The message is highlighted at the opening of the International Conference on Applied Research in Education 2025 at the Myanmar International Convention Centre II(MICC 2) in Nay Pyi Taw on January 9 .
The state is striving towards the prosperity of citizens who have full of knowledge, skill and high thinking, he said. In addition, Major General Min Aung Hlaing said that since the development of the country and the development research sector is related, the government will give special encouragement to the research activities.
The current conference features over 100 research paper presentations across five domains: Teacher Education, Arts and Science, Marine and Earth Sciences, MSMEs and TVET, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI Technology as well as keynote speeches from renowned academics.
