2024 preliminary Population and Housing Census will be release on December 31, according to a statement by Ministry of Immigration and Population. The collection of Population and Housing Census started on October 1, 2024 conducted by around 42,000 auditors and enumerators.
The enumerators went door-to-door and collected the data using Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) system, Mobile Tablet and computer facilities.
2024 Population and Housing Census data can be accessed on the website of Department of Population www.dop.gov.mm, the statement said.
