The leaders of Kayin Border Guard Forces(BGF) and Democratic Karen Buddhist Army (DKBA) and Chinese entrepreneurs met and discussed to combat transnational crime,fraudulent act and human trafficking in Myawady on January 15, Khaosod news reported with reference to a statement of Rajamanu Task Force of Thai Army.
Matters related to combat human trafficking, not to persecute, not to force under aged children to work, not to permit gangs of financial fraud were discussed and agreed. The Khaosod reported that all the businesses were instructed to closely watch and report the trafficking and fraud related activities.
The meeting was attended by Colonel Saw San Aung of DKBA, leader of BGF Colonel Saw Chit Thu and Chinese entrepreneurs, totaling about 60 persons.
