STORY: Video released by the Palm Beach Police Department on Thursday (August 22) showed waterspouts swirling off the Florida coast as thunderstorms hit the area.
“Sometimes we are fortunate enough to see interesting weather from a safe distance,” the Palm Beach Police department said in their Facebook post.
According to local media, the National Weather Service of Tampa Bay on Thursday issued several marine warnings and flood advisories due to the heavy rainfall in the area.
