The Philippine Emergency Medical Assistance Team has been providing medical care to residents in Pyinmana Township, Nay Pyi Taw Council Area, which was struck by the Mandalay earthquake, since April 4.
The Philippine medical team is providing medical care at a football field camp near Bo Min Khaung Pagoda in Pyinmana Township.
The medical team leader, Ivy D. Lozada, said the team is treating people who have suffered physical injuries from the earthquake, as well as those who have suffered psychological trauma and outpatients. (Interview)
