The death toll in the Mandalay earthquake has reached 3,759 people in the six regions and states that were severely affected by the Mandalay earthquake until April 23 with 5,107 injured and 114 missing, according to a statement released by the Information Team of the State Administration Council.

As international aid, 10.96 tons of tents and water purification tablets donated by IOM Myanmar for earthquake victims and 2.004 tons of medicines donated by a Chinese pharmaceutical company to the Ministry of Health and Mandalay General Hospital (1,500 beds) arrived at Yangon International Airport. The relief supplies are also being distributed to the earthquake-affected people as soon as possible.
