The China Healthcare Team is planning to provide vaccinations to people in the areas affected by the earthquake, according to Mr. Ching Ling, the head of the China Healthcare Team in Mandalay. He made this announcement during a meeting with representatives from the Shwe Than Lwin Group, Sky Net, Shwe Bank, and Mo Money families, who are organizing food donations for those impacted by the earthquake in Mandalay on April 29.
The team is in Mandalay to provide diagnosis, prevention, and other health services while collaborating with officials from the Department of Public Health and the Ministry of Health. They are currently conducting laboratory tests on mosquitoes and water. Additionally, they are facilitating systematic handwashing and psychological education activities for people affected by the earthquake in relief camps. The team consists of 50 members who have experience in providing healthcare after natural disasters, including earthquakes.
