27-year-old woman died after going to a beauty clinic opened in Thingunkyun Township, Yangon Region
to receive treatment of liposuction and was found only the dead body, according to a friend of the deceased.
The deceased woman lived in Kyauktata Township and after return from work, she went to IRIS Beauty Clinic on January 2, evening to receive liposuction and then she was lost contest with family members and friends. Consequently, the complaint was filed at the relevant police station, said one of her friends.
At the time the body was found, although the jewelry she wore was found, her handset phone was lost. Furthermore, black wounds were found on the lower part of her body and puncture wounds on her back were covered by plaster.
After the incident, IRIS Beauty Clinic where the woman went was closed and according to posts on the social network, the woman shopkeeper also closed her social network accounts and ran away. The Yangon Region police said that the relevant police station is investigating the incident.
