The Mandalay earthquake damaged electricity substations, power lines, and meters in the Mandalay Region. The Mandalay Electricity Supply Corporation (MESC) said 99% of the repairs have been completed, and power distribution is now running completely.
The repairs are being carried out by the MESC, and electricity supply is currently being restored to all townships in Mandalay Region.
Additionally, it is notified to get in touch with the relevent township power offices if any buildings in the Mandalay Region are scheduled to be demolished as a result of the earthquake.
