The job opportunities in foreign countries increase as well as the number of Myanmar people working part-time while studying abroad increased more than before, said some of overseas employment and education agencies.
FGL Institute and Korea Work Hub company collaboratively held an awareness seminar on opportunities to work part-time job while studying in Korea at Cherry Land Tea and Food on Kyaikwine Pagoda Road, Mayangone township, Yangon on January 19 morning. The message was a reply given in a separate interview with One News at the meeting. Currently, there are more women than men among those going to work part-time while studying abroad. Dr. Tin Tun Aung and U Hla Win Htay, Master Trainers from FGL Institute explained about the most visited countries and the factors that should be studied in advance before leaving.

Currently, those who are currently studying in Korea and working part-time, depending on the location, are employed services and industry sectors, earning an average of around 100,000 to 150,000 wons per month.
The workers will be sent to Korea for 2025 starting on January 14th and 15th, and the number will be more than 10,000. The female workers will also be sent for the newly recruited service type of work, according to the POEA. At present, there is also an increasing number of people who go to foreign countries only to work and those who go to study abroad working part-time Jobs.
