Along with foreign goods are coming in at cheaper prices, fewer people are learning the art of blacksmithing as an inheritance, said Union Minister for Industry Dr. Charlie Than. The Union Minister said these words at the meeting, “To improve the quality of locally produced scissors and knives and increase their market share,” held at the meeting room of Ministry of Industry.
The Union Minister continued to explain that blacksmithing business is only available in the domestic market and if the requirements for raw material, product quality , innovative technology and market research can be fulfilled, domestic production and sales will be strong and successful enough to be sold abroad.
