There have been 174 aftershocks until May 15 since the Mandalay earthquake, according to the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology.
The aftershocks occurred around Nay Pyi Taw, Mandalay, Sagaing and Shan State with the lowest magnitude being 3.0 and the highest magnitude being 5.5.

The Mandalay earthquake caused damage to ancient heritages, temples, pagodas and residential buildings in Mandalay, Amarapura, Inwa, Meiktila, Sagaing and Nay Pyi Taw.
In addition, the Mandalay earthquake has killed more than 3,700 people in six regions and states until May 15 with over 5,000 injuries, and 653 survivors were found and rescued, according to statements.
