To meet the demand for fuel oil to some extent, No. 1 Oil Refinery (Thanlyin) will be re-operated in a new design, Union Minister for Energy U Ko Ko Lwin said.
He made the remarks at the meeting with the plant manager and officials and officials of the joint-venture company and technical advisory team during his visit to the refinery on June 5 morning.
