More than 450 Japanese companies have sent job offers to recruit 1,500 Myanmar workers, according to the Myanmar Embassy in Japan.
The job offers will be for more than 310 men and 1,100 women, over 1,500 in total.

The Myanmar Embassy in Tokyo is verifying job offers sent by the Ministry of Labor through the Myanmar Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In doing so, the findings and comments on whether the Japanese companies and factories offering jobs are legally established in Japan, are being sent back to the Ministry of Labor through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
On January 15, more than 300 Japanese companies sent job offers to recruit more than 200 men and 730 women from Myanmar, more than 900 workers in total.
