Shwe Minthar Foundation (Myanmar) has been creating job opportunities not only in Myanmar but also taking measures to send them overseas, according to Shwe Minthar Foundation (Myanmar). Shwe Minthar Foundation (Myanmar), in cooperation with GIC Myanmar, is creating job opportunities for disabled workers to be able to work in Japan.

Most of the disabled worker use intellectual talent rather than physical strength, the kind of works to use intellectual talent are created for them, said U Myat Thu Win, Chairman of Shwe Minthar Foundation (Myanmar). The job offering for the disabled persons are office works and IT engineering works. The applicants must be gratuated and for those who apply for IT engineering works, if they are not graduated, they must have certificates of The Information Technology Professional Examination Council (ITPEC) and the Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Exam (FE) together with working experience. In addition, they must have above N3 level in Japanese Language.
So far, Shwe Minthar Foundation(Myanmar) has created job opportunities in banking and factory works and job opportunities are created for thousands of disabled workers. Furthermore, the Foundation is opening vocational trainings for disabled persons.
