Applications on new Thai job demand letters submitted by local overseas employment agencies will be accepted by the Labour Department starting from May 2, according to a statement which appeared in a state-run newspaper published on March 22.

The local overseas employment agencies are required to submit the applications to the Department of Labour for no more than 50 people only once a month. The agencies that signed contracts before January 30 will have to revise the applications with more than 50 people starting March 25 and submit them only once a month.
The applications are to be submitted to the Department of Labor’s email address dolmigrationthaidemand@gmail.com instead of submitting them in person to the Ministry of Labor. In addition, work plans for Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and other countries will continue to be published in the Myanma Alin and the Mirror dailies.
