As the number of renters increases, rental fees also rise in townships in Yangon Municipal region, said people in property services market.
As the number of migrants into Yangon has increased in this year, the rental fees increase accordingly and apartment rental price rises to Ks. 300,000 formerly priced round about Ks.150,000, said Daw Aye Su Mon, Head of Operations, i Myanmar House.It is learnt from property market that rental prices under Ks.1000,000 are active but detached houses and condominiums rents are decreasing.
Renting for shop is more in number in populated areas and selling and buying property market is calm as well as their prices are stable. In Yangon, the property priced from Ks. 1000 lakhs to Ks.3000 lakhs and condominiums priced from Ks. 2000 lakhs to Ks.4000 are active in buying.
