Directorate of Investments and Companies Administration(DICA) announced on June 26 that the remaining 28 companies with export revenue of US$500,000 or more have been blacklisted.
Companies registered in the online registration system of DICA must respect the provisions of the Myanmar Companies Law, as well as the government departments related to the industry they operate in.
If found to be non-compliant with other existing laws and regulations established by organizations, the registration officer will announce it to the public, according to release.
The companies blacklisted are Asia Whale Travels & Tours Company Limited, Chengfang Company Limited, Dawna Alin Company Limited, December Moe Company Limited, JPM Myawaddy Company Limited, Linn Wai Yan Company Limited and other 22 companies.
