The Myanmar Rice and Rice Association announced on June 25 that Por San rice will be distributed and sold through the home delivery system.
In Nay Pyi Taw, Yangon and Mandalay, starting from July 1st, cooperation of the Myanmar Rice Federation, Myanmar Mill Industry Association and the Myanmar Rice Traders Association, Por San rice will be distributed and sold through the home delivery system.
The types and prices of rice that will be distributed and sold at home are 152,000 kyats per bag of Shwe Bo Por San, one bag of Irrawaddy Por San will sell for 130,000 kyats and Irrawaddy Por San 5 Paye will sell for 26,500 kyats, according to the release.

Rice bags of correct weight and quality will be delivered to the address within a maximum of 3 days from the date of the order and payment, according to the release.
It is also stated in the statement that will plan to expand the distribution of other types of rice and various forms of packaging through the home delivery system.
Currently, low and fair reference price of Shwe Bo Por San, Irrawaddy Por San and Gusumat rice have been sold at Yangon’s Wahtan rice commodity depot since June 24.
