The Yangon Region Investment Committee has approved the investment of 3 local and foreign investment companies within Yangon Region.
These businesses were approved at the (12/2024) meeting of the Yangon Regional Investment Committee. They have approved to invest in the hotel and tourism sectors and industrial sectors in Yangon Region.
The approved projects include businesses of 100 percent Myanmar citizen investment and 2 foreign investments. The capital amount invested in the projects is 1,180 million Kyats and 2.220 million US dollars creating 2,440 local job opportunities.
