A tearful Sergi Roberto said goodbye to FC Barcelona at a news conference organised by the club on Tuesday (August 13) after playing 373 matches and winning 25 titles with the Catalan giants.
“I am leaving feeling very happy and proud. I have given everything to this club over 18 years and Barça is and will always be the club of my life,” the former captain said.
The contract of Sergi Roberto, 32, was not renewed at the end of June. His new club is still to be determined.
