The Nay Pyi Taw Municipal Development Committee has announced that it will develop 3 high-end housing projects in Zambuthiri Township. The housing projects to be constructed are 4-apartment 4-story buildings on an approximately 8-acre project site in Thapyay Kone Ward, near Police Station No. (1), in Zabu Thiri Township; 4-apartment 6-story buildings on an approximately 16-acre project site, in Mingalar Theikdi Ward, near Kyet Sa Myoat Monastery and 4-apartment 6-story buildings on an approximately 14-acre project site, in Mingalar Theikdi Ward, near the Thiri Yadanar Premium Market, according to the statement.
The developers/companies that will invest in the 3 high-end housing projects have been invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) proposals. The EOI proposal format and terms and conditions are available at the Nay Pyi Taw Municipal Development Committee, visiting the Engineering Department (Building) to purchase copies of company documents starting at 10 am on January 13, and submit them by 4 p.m on January 30.
