The Myanmar Rice Federation announced on July 26 that it will support to replant seed rice, fertilizers and agricultural drugs for rain-fed rice crops damaged by heavy rains.
Due to the heavy rains in some regions of Myanmar, some rice paddy fields are flood, they said.
According to the release, Myanmar Rice Federation and member companies and organizations will provide all-round assistance and support for fertilizers and agricultural chemicals for replanting rice.
So the farmers can contact the regional committees of the Myanmar Rice Federation and associations, that it is planning to provide assistance to areas in real need, according to relaese.
