Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing arrived at Baikal International Airport in Ulan-Ude, Republic of Buryatia, Russian Federation, on June 28 evening, local time at the invitation of the Head of the Republic of Buryatia, Russian Federation.
The delegation led by the SAC Chairman was welcomed by Head of the Republic of Buryatia Mr. Alexey Sambuevich Tsydenov and officials.
The high-level delegation led by the SAC Chairman is scheduled to visit landmarks, factories and workshops in Ulan-Ude, Republic of Buryatia, Russian Federation. The SAC Chairman attended the 4th Eurasian Economic Forum (EEF 2025) held in Minsk, Belarus, and delivered a speech at the forum. He also held a separate meeting with President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, who is the rotating chairman of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
During the visit, the SAC Chairman is accompanied by SAC Joint Secretary General Ye Win Oo, SAC Member General Nyo Saw, Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe, Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations Dr Kan Zaw and deputy ministers and senior military and civilian officers.
