A total of 249 apartments at seven buildings in the housings of Thilawa, Yuzana Section 3, Yoma Yeiktha and Kyansitmin Section 1 constructed by Urban and Housing Development Department under the housing loan scheme at a low interest rate.
These apartments will be sold in June under the housing loan scheme at a low interest rate. A 640 square foot apartment in Thilawa Housing will be sold for a minimum of 39.5 million to a maximum of 51 million kyats and 400 square foot and 440 square foot apartments for a maximum of 34 million to a minimum of 23 million kyats.

Similarly, in Yuzana Housing Section 3, a 435 square foot apartment will be sold for a maximum of 36 million to a minimum of 27 million kyats, in Yoma Yeiktha Housing, a 468 square foot unit for a maximum of 32 million to a minimum of 17 million kyats while 484 square foot and 522 square foot units will be sold for a maximum of 34 million to a minimum of 19 million kyats and 324 square foot units for a maximum of 20 million to a minimum of 12 million kyats. In Kyansitmin Housing Project 1, a 324 square foot unit will be sold for a maximum of 29 million to a minimum of 20 million kyats.
Until March 31, 2025, there are 2,020 people with a housing savings of 30 million kyats or more at the Construction, Housing and Infrastructure Development Bank, and they can apply for registration for the units.
Registration will be open from June 16 to 20, and the units will be sold through a lottery system. The Drawing lots will take place on June 27, and those who are eligible to buy the units must take out a housing loan, according to a statement released by the Department of Urban Development and Housing.
