China’s cooperation on the election discussed

Chairman of the  State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received Special Envoy for Asian Affairs of the Ministryof Foreign Affairs of China Mr. Deng Xijun on March 11 evening, and they discuss the constructive cooperation of China in implementation of the Five-Point Roadmap by the government and the Tatmadaw as well as in the preparation for holding the election, according to a press release.
 
At the meeting, they also discussed cooperation with China in the peace process of Myanmar, measures for eradication of narcotic drugs, cooperation between the two countries in combating online gambling and telecom fraud and trade in the border areas between the two countries.
 
Together with the SAC Chairman, present at the meeting also were by SAC Joint Secretary General Ye Win Oo, SAC Member Lt-Gen Yar Pyae, Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung and officials and together with Mr. Deng Xijun, officials of the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar.
